About Us
The RIVER OF JOY: Healing for the Nations Board of Directors began as
a team of strangers brought together by the Holy Spirit for a short-term
mission trip to Pine Ridge Reservation in 2003. As a result of that first
meeting, this group incorporated RIVER OF JOY, a tax-exempt, non-profit
ministry in 2005. The board consists of:
Kelly J. Boos has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and 19
years experience in the workforce specializing in contracting. She moves in the prophetic and, through her local church, does street ministry involving dream interpretations and prophetic words.
Karen M. Feltz has a Masters Degree in Education with seven years experience.
She is a licensed Social Worker with 15 years experience. Karen's giftings
include prophetic and women's ministry.
Ronald J. Feltz has a Certificate in Business Administration with 31 years
business workforce experience. Ron carries pastoral, prophetic and men's ministry giftings.
Cheryl Tacconelli has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education with
31 years teaching experience. She specializes in pre-school through third
grade. Cheryl is a prayer warrior with a strong children's ministry anointing.
Kathleen M. Naugle, Executive Director, has 30 years in the
Richard E. Wilcox has an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies, a Bachelors in Business Administration and is working on a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has operated, mentored, and trained others in prophetic ministry for 11 years. He has served as a deacon, small group leader (adult and youth), in prayer ministry, and "Widows and Orphans" pastor.
